Vector InfoTech iTHotel- “MyInternetHotel” Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions relating to the access and / or use of “MyInternetHotel” website & iTHotel Internet Access Pre-Paid Card. User agreement.

Purchase/use of iTHotel Internet Access Pre-Paid Card and all uses of “MyInternetHotel” (myinternethotel.com) website which is under common control with Vector InfoTech Pte Ltd, you accept and agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms may be modified at any time at our sole discretion, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. You agree to review the Terms periodically to be aware of such changes and your continued access to or use of the Site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms. The Terms "you" or "user" refers to the person who has accessed to the Site.

Purchase/Use of iTHotel Internet Access Pre-Paid Card

1.1		Usage time will be deducted based on per minute block basis.

1.2		Internet Access Card is non-refundable / non-exchangeable upon purchased.

1.3		It is the user’s responsibility to ensure proper log out when Internet access is not in use. Please refer to the Log Out Instructions indicated in the Technical Support.

1.4		No replacement of card is allowed once the card is being activated.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1

All contents (including but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations, artwork, video, music, sound, names, logos, trademarks, service marks and other materials) of the Site are protected by copyright and other laws in both Singapore and elsewhere.

2.2

Your usage of the Site is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. These contents are not allowed to be reproduced, modified, distributed, published, displayed, stored, adapted, licensed, hyperlinked or transmitted in any form or by any means including but not limited to electronic, mechanical photocopying or recording without Vector InfoTech Pte Ltd prior written consent.

2.3

You shall not insert hyperlink to any part of the Site (or any part thereof) on any other website or “mirror” or frame any content contained on the Site on any other server or website, unless specifically authorized in writing by “MyInternetHotel” to do so. 2.4

At our sole discretion, we may take any action we deem necessary to minimise liability for us including, but not limited to disable any links to, or frames of any website containing inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topics, names, material or information that violates any written law, any applicable intellectual property, proprietary, privacy or publicity rights.

2.5

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been used on the web site in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide “MyInternetHotel” with a written notice (e-mail is sufficient) that includes the following information:

2.5.1	A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
2.5.2	Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
2.5.3	A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on myinternethotel.com web-site;
2.5.4	Your address, telephone number and email address;
2.5.5	A statement by you that in good faith you believe that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
2.5.6	A statement by you, under penalty or perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

3. Disclaimer

You expressly understand and agree that:

3.1		All contents contained in or accessed through the Site are provided on an "as is" and “as available” basis and all faults, and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and effort is with you. All contents and materials provided in the Site are on a basis that is without any warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. “MyInternetHotel” disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3.2		“MyInternetHotel” makes no warranties that the Site will meet your requirements, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free or free from computer virus or other invasive or damaging code, the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable, the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Site will meet your expectations, and any errors in the Site will be corrected.

If your use of Site and its materials result in the need for repairing or replacement of your equipment or data, “MyInternetHotel” / Vector InfoTech Pte Ltd shall not be liable for those costs.

“MyInternetHotel” / Vector InfoTech Pte Ltd will not be liable in any way for any third party content, products or services which you may access, use or acquire via the Site.

“MyInternetHotel” / Vector InfoTech Pte Ltd have no control over any third party content, products or services which you may access, use or acquire through the Site. “MyInternetHotel” / Vector InfoTech Pte Ltd also do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, integrity, legality or quality of such content, products or services.

3.6

In no event shall “MyInternetHotel” be liable to any user or third party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, and/or extraordinary or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or its materials, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of it. (including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost savings, interruption of business, or by reason of mistakes, interruptions, delays, errors, defects in service, or faulty or misdirected transmission).

3.7

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with any part of the contents or terms, your sole remedy is discontinued using of the Site.

“MyInternetHotel” has taken every effort to keep your personal information secure from unauthorized access, but Internet is not a secure environment. “MyInternetHotel” cannot guarantee that the information will be secure during transmission to our web server, and strongly suggests that you encrypt your emails and files.

4. Use of Information Collected

4.1		All information submitted is kept confidentially and will not be shared with any parties. We may use the information collected to occasionally notify clients about important functionally changes on the Site, new services, new products, special offers and promotions that clients will find valuable. The collected information also allows us to process and fulfill clients' order and notify clients of their order status.

5. Governing Law

5.1		By accessing the Site, you agree that such access and/or use, as well as these Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Singapore laws and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

6. General Terms

6.1		Your permission to use any of the materials and service automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the materials if, in its sole discretion, “MyInternetHotel” believes that your conduct fails to conform to this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, if you use or attempt to use the content and service for any purposes other than its intended purposes (including without limitation by tampering, hacking, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security), you may also be subject to civil and criminal liability

6.2		Delay or failure of “MyInternetHotel” to enforce any of its rights under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights nor will such failure or delay in way prejudice or affect its right at any time thereafter to act strictly in accordance with our rights under the Terms.

6.3		If any part of these Terms is considered to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part shall be given effect to the greatest extent as possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
