LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Make sure that the setting of IP address is “Obtain an IP automatically”.
   
2.  
If Wireless LAN is used, make sure you are connected to “myinternethotel” network or enter “myinternethotel” in SSID field.
   
3.  
Run Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc).
   
4.  
Enter user name and password.
     
PLEASE READ THRU THE LOG OUT NOTICE BEFORE USE
 
   

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure proper log out when internet access is not in use. Once logged out, the Internet access will not be activated. If you’re still able to surf the Internet after logging out, it means that the log out is not properly done. Please refer to the below steps to ensure proper logging out. No replacement of cards are allowed once the card is being activated.

     
3 WAYS TO LOG OUT FROM THE INTERNET ACCESS
 
User can perform either step to log out from the system.
     
1.  
Type in 1.1.1.1 in the Address window. This will disconnect the system.
     
2.  
Enable pop up window for Logging Out. If you’ve disable the pop up, please make sure that the pop up is not blocked as you’ll not be able to see the Log Out Window.
     
3.  
Unplug the LAN cable. System will be automatically disconnected after 10 minutes.

WIRED/WIRELESS TCP/IP SETUP OF
WINDOWS 95/98/ME
 
1.  
Select Start-Setting-Control Panel-Network.
   
2.  
Select the TCP/IP communication protocol of the network card and then click “Properties”.
   
3.  
Select “Obtain an IP address automatically” & click “OK”.

   
WIRED/WIRELESS TCP/IP SETUP OF
WINDOWS 2000
1.
Select Start-Setting-Control Panel-Network and Dial-up Connections.
   
2.  
Right click on “Local Area Connection/Wireless Network Connection” icon & select “Properties”.
   
3.  
Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click “Properties”.
   
4.  
Select “Obtain an IP address automatically” & click “OK” .
     
WIRED/WIRELESS TCP/IP SETUP OF
WINDOWS XP
1.  
Select Start-Control Panel-Network Connections.
   
2.  
Right click on “Local Area Connection/Wireless Network Connection” icon & select “Properties”.
   
3.  
Click the "General" icon and select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) & click "Properties".
   
4.  
Select “Obtain an IP address automatically” & click “OK” .
     
WIRED/WIRELESS TCP/IP SETUP OF MAC USERS
1.  
Open System Preferences.
   
2.  
Select “Network” icon.
   
3.  
Under “Show” pull down manual, select “Build-in Ethernet / Airport”.
   
4.  
Select “TCP/IP”, in “Configure” pull down manual, select “Using DHCP”.
   
5.  
Click “Apply Now”.
     
WIRELESS NETWORK CONNECTION (WINDOWS XP/2000)
1.  
Right click on the “Wireless Network Connection” icon at taskbar.
   
2.  
Select “View Available Wireless Network”.
   
3.  
Select “myinternethotel”, tick on “Allow me to connect to the “wireless network” & click “Connect”.
   
4.  
Click on the IE or Netscape Communicator to connect to the internet.
     
WIRELESS NETWORK CONNECTION
(OTHER THAN WINDOWS XP/2000 DEFAULT)
1.  
Activate your third party wireless client manager.
   
2.  
Scan for SSID; select “myinternethotel”, and click connect.
   
3.  
Click on the IE or Netscape Communicator to connect to the internet.
