is Hotel Internet Access Pre-Paid Card? |
| It is a PRE-PAID
Internet Access Card that let you work away
from home and surf at least 10x faster than
the speed of dial-up line. Duration of the access
time is determined by the fare value of the
card purchased. Its self-terminating features
allow you to budget your time and your money.
You won't need to sign up and pay for any kind
of registration fee and relieves you from any
monthly dues subscription.

Do
I have to insert the Pre-Paid Card into my computer
to access Internet? |
| No
you don't. It works like a prepaid cell phone
card. Behind the card is a scratch peel coating,
simply scratch out the silver coating and you'll
find a user name and a password. You then run
the Internet browser and enter this information
on your computer. The manual that comes with
the card should help you configure this if you're
unfamiliar with setting up Internet connections.

online? |
The online purchase method
is not available at this time. However we hope
to have that option available in the near future.

What
software will I need for browsing the Internet? |
For your browser, you can use
either Netscape or Internet Explorer.  |

Can
I use Hotel Internet Access Pre-Paid Card out
of the hotel? |
No, the roaming service is
currently not available at this time. The current
service is intended to be used within specific
physical locations; therefore the pre-paid card
is only usable at the hotel where you purchase
it.  |

How
do I find out how much time usage I have left? |
There is a pop-up
window showing a count down timer for checking
your remaining usage time. Take note that no pop-up
window blocking program is activated at the same
time.  |

I
think I got a Defective Pre-Paid Card (i.e., it
doesn't accept my user name or password) what
do I do? |
User names & passwords
are case sensitive so first check if you typed
your username and password correctly. Take note
that the username and password uses both capital
and lower case letters. For example, "A"
is not the same as "a." If it still
doesn't work, your username and password will
either be: has expired or has no more credits.

or email our Technical Support Staffs at support@myinternethotel.com.
They are ready to help you round the clock, 24
hours, 7 days a week... including the holidays.

If
I have purchased my card, how long can I use it
and will it expired if I don't use it? |
You can use your card as long
as it has remaining credits. Card expiration is
indicated at the back of the card. The 5 Hours
and 15 Hours cards will expire 6 months after
first login while the 100 Minutes cards will expire
7 days after first login (whichever comes first).

Can
I add minutes to my Pre-Paid card account i.e.
recharge my Pre-Paid Internet account? |
No. Should you run out of minutes,
you will need to purchase a new card.  |

Can
any unused minutes on my Hotel Internet Access
Pre-Paid Card be transferred? |
No. Unused minutes cannot be
transferred to another card. Any unused minute
on the card after the card validity date is permanently
lost.  |

What
happens if my card runs out of credits while I'm
still on-line? |
Unfortunately, you will be
immediately disconnected. To avoid this, we advice
that you frequently check your remaining credits
reflected on the pop-up window. It’s advisable
to buy extra cards as well for "backup"
just in case your time usage runs out. Just re-connect
using the new card's user name and password.  |

What
about security of my Pre-Paid Card? |
You are responsible for the
security of your Pre-Paid card. Therefore, in
case of a lost or stolen card, the purchaser will
be forfeited of any remaining value on the card.
A lost or stolen card will not be replaced.  |

Can
Hotel Internet Access Pre-Paid Card limit the
websites my children go to? |
No, at this time Hotel Internet
Access Pre-Paid Card does not restrict any websites
on the Internet.  |

What
happens if I walk away from my computer and I
am connected to the Internet using Hotel Internet
Access Pre-Paid Card? |
If you leave your computer
online, Hotel Internet Access Pre-Paid Card will
continue to deplete the card as if you are online.
To prevent this occurrence, always ensure that
you are disconnected from the system when you
leave your computer.  |

How
do I log off when I am finished accessing the
Internet? |
Users
can log off using either one of the below steps:

1: |
Type in
1.1.1.1 in the address window to disconnect
the system. |
| Step 2: |
Enable the pop up window
for logging out. Please remember to unblock
the pop-up window to see the log-out window. |
| Step 3: |
Unplug the LAN cable.
System will automatically disconnect after
10 minutes. |
*Please ensure that you're properly log out
when the Internet access is not in use. No replacement
cards are given once card is being activated.

How
can I be sure that my card has been deactivated
after I log out from the Internet? |
You are unable
to ping on the Internet server or surf on the
Internet if you have successfully logged out from
the Internet. Repeat the log off instruction to
ensure proper log off if you are still able to
access to the Internet.  |
